Giuseppe Giusti is traditionally made balsamic vinegar from the oldest balsamic maker in Modena. Castello Estense is a premium balsamic aged in ancient oak barrels. Bordolese is slightly thicker with a bouquet of woody and spicy notes. Made by the Guisti family in Modena, Italy since 1605. Use in dressings, drizzle over caprese salad or add to sauces.
