Shipping policy

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. You can expect your parcel to be shipped in 1-3 days. Courier delivery is made by NZ Post, usually overnight in the North Island and 1-3 days to the South Island. This may be delayed by rural delivery or pressure on the courier system at peak times. You can use NZ Post address finder to assess whether an address is rural. 

Martinborough 

Customers in Martinborough can choose free local delivery or collection from the shop. Local deliveries will be made outside shop opening hours. For collection, you will be notified when your order is ready. 

Wellington/Wairarapa 

Courier delivery in the Wellington and Wairarapa region is $9.50 for urban addresses and $16 for Rural Delivery. Large orders over $190 value will incur an extra charge due to higher courier fees.

North Island 

Courier delivery in the North Island of New Zealand is $16 for urban addresses and $22 for Rural Delivery. Large orders over $190 value will incur an extra charge due to higher courier fees.

South Island 

Courier delivery in the South Island of New Zealand is $26 for urban addresses and $33 for Rural Delivery. Large orders over $190 value will incur an extra charge due to higher courier fees.

Gift Voucher Postage 

Gift vouchers are sent by post. Delivery is free to New Zealand and International addresses. 

International 

We are not able to offer shipping overseas. Gift vouchers can be sent offshore but may only be redeemed for deliveries within New Zealand. 

Please note: chilled and perishable items can only be ordered for collection or delivery in Martinborough.
