Giuseppe Giusti crema glaze is made from the famous balsamic vinegar of Modena. A slow reduction of quality grapes, aged in wooden barrels creates a thick balsamic syrup that is dark and sweet. Made the traditional way by Italy’s Guisti family.
Classic Balsamic Crema Ingredients: balsamic vinegar (cooked and concentrated grape must, wine vinegar), cooked grape must, glucose syrup, modified corn starch. 250ml.
Balsamic Crema with Raspberry Ingredients: balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), cooked grape must, glucose and fructose syrup, raspberry juice and purée, modified corn starch, flavour. 150ml.
Balsamic Crema with Truffle (tartufo) Ingredients: balsamic vinegar (cooked and concentrated grape must, wine vinegar), cooked grape must, glucose syrup, modified corn starch, salt, dehydrated black truffle, truffle flavour. 150ml.
