Refund policy

We may offer a refund for goods that reach you in unacceptable condition. We can only provide this if you contact us within 48 hours of your purchase being delivered. 

Refunds
To approve your refund we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once evidence of damage is received, we will notify you whether your request has been approved and to arrange a refund payment if required. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received the refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by emailing shop@thegrocer.nz. 

Returns
Because we sell food products we are not able to offer returns if you change your mind about the product. Please do not send products back to us or the manufacturer.
