Wellington Chocolate Factory is New Zealand's first fair trade, organic bean-to-bar chocolate factory. Ethically sourced and traded cacao beans from farmers across the globe are brought to the factory in Wellington to be made into artisan single-origin chocolate. Wellington Chocolate Factory is Fairtrade and BioGro Organic certified. The Peru bars are soy, gluten and dairy free, and vegan. Bars are 75-85g.
Limited edition bars include Plum and Sea Salt, created for the Interislander’s 60th birthday; the dairy-free Oat Milk Chocolate bar; and Hibiscus and Blackberry, a collaboration with Martinborough’s Palliser Estate winery.
