Organic, plant-based, cultured non-dairy cheese from Savour, New Zealand. Crafted by an artisan cheese maker and aged in a cheese cave the cheese is rich in flavour, protein and probiotics. Ash is an aged cheese reminiscent of a smoked cheddar, coated and layered in activated black ash. Cumin is delicately flavoured with cumin and pepper and encrusted with toasted cracked pepper and nigella seeds. The Casheta cashew feta, marinated in an olive oil and herb infusion, is a NZ Food Awards winner. Vegan, non GMO and gluten free Casheta 160g and Cumin and Ash 120g in 50% recyclable PET tubs.
