Extra virgin olive oil from Olivo is pressed from olives grown in Martinborough. Olivo Estate contains the oil of the Barnea varietal, its well balanced fruity flavour with a surprising peppery tingle at the end also comes with a relatively high polyphenol count. Tuscan Estate contains Frantoio, a more intense green-fruity oil with a deep and lingering peppery punch. Serve with fresh crusty bread or drizzle over any salad or cooked food.
