Artisan vinaigrette characterised by the zing of lemon with a touch of garlic. Use for dressing salads and vegetables, or as a marinade for meats and fish. Hand crafted by Omahu Valley Citrus with lemons from their orchard in Paeroa. Ingredients: lemon juice, sugar, canola oil, white vinegar, lemon zest, garlic, yellow mustard seed. Preservative free, 250ml bottled in glass.
