Ceres Kelp Salt is a combination of sea salt and certified organic New Zealand kelp, both harvested from the waters around the South Island coast. The salt is in its natural unrefined state. Kelp is collected fresh, then dried at low temperatures (below 47 degrees celsius) to lock in the nutrients. Kelp salt delivers a boost of nutrition and flavour, with natural iodine.
