It can be enjoyed any time of year, although does make the perfect end to Christmas dinner. Handmade by Te Mata figs who grow amazing figs in the warm climate of Hawkes Bay. It is easily prepared by steaming or heating in the microwave. Enjoy with brandy sauce, cream, ice cream or custard.
