Premium organic extra virgin olive oil from Martinborough’s Dali Estate. Winner of golds at the New Zealand Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards and ranked in the top 100 extra virgin olive oils of the world by Olive Oil Times in 2025. This grove grows olives rich in polyphenols, natures antioxidant. Dali has been a finalist in the NZ Biological Farming Awards and is certified organic by BioGro. Available in 250ml or 750ml glass bottles, each variety of olive has its own character and flavour profile. 

Picual produces an intense olive leaf flavour. High heat friendly, this oil with full vitality is great with stronger flavours and for cooking. 

Frantoio is dressed in watercress flavours. This mild Tuscan variety pairs best with salads, bread, vegetables and drizzled on ice cream. 

Koroneiki has dancing apple and nut flavours with a kick. A robust strength Greek varietal, it is versatile. Use for high heat cooking, warm with vegetables, and cool to dress salads and for dipping.
