Capers, caperberries and artichokes from D'Amico. Capers are either vinegar pickled or prepared in salt. These rich in flavour small flowers are used in many Italian dishes. Caperberries, the mature fruit of the caper bush, is pickled with a soft flesh and less intense flavour than capers. They can be eaten on their own or used as you would an olive.
