Be Happy Chocolate is made from whole, organic, ethically sourced Peruvian cacao beans, dehydrated and ground for several days into silky smooth cacao liquor. Combined with ingredients that carry their own weight in nutritional value, the resulting chocolate is dairy free, refined sugar free, gluten free, raw and organic. The Caramelised White Chocolate and M*lk Chocolate with Gooey Caramel bars are also vegan. Bars 85g in home compostable packaging.
