Handcrafted cheese made with milk from local, grass-fed cows on a single Banks Peninsula farm. Barry’s Bay cheese has been made the traditional way since 1895.

Gruyere - slightly fruity with complex earthy flavours. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, non fat milk solids, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt. 125g. 

Pohutukawa Red - coldsmoked cheddar ‘smoked the old fashioned way’. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, natural colour (annatto), culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt, natural wood smoke. 110g. 

Wainui Vintage Cheddar - mature cheddar with complex, earthy flavours. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt. 140g. 

Havarti - rich, smooth and creamy. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, full cream, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt. 140g. 

Peppered Havarti - smooth and creamy with a peppery punch. This havarti encased in cracked peppercorns is a Gold medal winner at NZ Champions of Cheese awards. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, full cream, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt, cracked pepper. 140g. 

Balsamic & Onion Cheddar - Rich and smooth with sweet, tangy onion. Medium flavour. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, full cream, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt, balsamic vinegar, onion flakes. 140g. 

Peninsula Blue - a creamy blue cheese that’s sharp and sweet with age. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, full cream, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt. 100g.
