Handcrafted cheese made with milk from local, grass-fed cows on a single Banks Peninsula farm. Barry’s Bay cheese has been made the traditional way since 1895.

Gruyere - slightly fruity with complex earthy flavours. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, non fat milk solids, culture, rennet, sea salt. 125g. 

Pohutukawa Red - coldsmoked cheddar ‘smoked the old fashioned way’. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, natural colour (annatto), culture, rennet, sea salt, natural wood smoke. 110g.
