Handcrafted cheese made with milk from local, grass-fed cows on a single Banks Peninsula farm. Barry’s Bay cheese has been made the traditional way since 1895.

Gruyere - slightly fruity with complex earthy flavours. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, non fat milk solids, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt. 125g. 

Wainui Vintage Cheddar - mature cheddar with complex, earthy flavours. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt. 140g. 

Balsamic & Onion Cheddar - Rich and smooth with sweet, tangy onion. Medium flavour. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, full cream, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt, balsamic vinegar, onion flakes. 140g. 

Peninsula Blue - a creamy blue cheese that’s sharp and sweet with age. Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, full cream, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt. 100g. 

Onawe Cheddar - aged cheddar that’s rich and smooth with a sharp bite. 140g. 

Pecorino - rich and earthy with a fruity finish. This hard sheep milk cheese can be used in the same way as Parmesan. Ingredients: pasteurised sheep milk, culture, vegetarian rennet, sea salt. 110g.
