Premium extra virgin organic olive oil from Martinborough’s Dali Estate. Winner of golds at the New Zealand Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards, this grove grows olives rich in polyphenols, natures antioxidant. Dali has been a finalist in the NZ Biological Farming Awards and certified organic by BioGro. Available in 250ml or 750ml glass bottles, each variety of olive has its own character and flavour profile. 

Picual produces an intense olive leaf flavour. With long shelf life and high smoke-point this robust oil is great with stronger flavours and for cooking. 

Frantoio is dressed in watercress flavours. This medium Tuscan variety with a hint of aniseed pairs best with salads, bread, vegetables and drizzled on ice cream. 

Koroneiki has fruity flavour with a buttery finish. A Greek varietal with fresh aromatic notes, it has the strength for high heat cooking and to dress all foods. 

All varieties except Picual 250ml sold out for this season. Oils from 2025 harvest due in July/August.
