Award winning, stone ground chocolate made by hand in small batches in Martinborough. Be Happy Chocolate is made from whole, organic, ethically sourced Peruvian cacao beans, dehydrated and ground for several days into silky smooth cacao liquor. Combined with ingredients that carry their own weight in nutritional value, the resulting chocolate is dairy free, refined sugar free, gluten free, raw and organic. All bars are vegan except M*lk Chocolate, Orange M*ilk Chocolate and Mint Dark Chocolate, which are sweetened with honey. Bars 85-90g in home compostable packaging.
