Wellington Chocolate Factory is New Zealand's first fair trade, organic bean-to-bar chocolate factory. Ethically sourced and traded cacao beans from farmers across the globe are brought to the factory in Wellington to be made into artisan single-origin chocolate. Wellington Chocolate Factory is Fairtrade and BioGro Organic certified. The Dominican Republic bar is vegan. Bars are 75-85g.
