Rose Harissa is a chilli pepper paste with rose petals. Mix with yogurt for a marinade, add to cooking or couscous or use as a dip with spicy kick. Ingredients: red peppers, spices (chilli 4%), tomato paste, water, vinegar, sunflower oil, garlic, herbs, sugar, salt, rose petals, natural flavour, acidity regulator (citric, acetic). Chermoula combines lemon, fresh coriander and parsley in a warming spice paste. Use as a marinade for chicken or fish or mix with yogurt, honey and lemon juice for a delicious dip.
