Le Puy grey/green lentils are grown in Le Puy-en-Velay in France. They are known for their slight peppery flavour and the ability to hold their shape after cooking. Family-owned company Sabarot have been supplying these quality lentils since 1819. Cook in 20 mins for a slightly crunchy texture, then serve hot with vegetables, as a side dish, or cold in salads.
