Grown in Hawke's Bay, these olives are wonderful straight from the pack or served warm on an antipasto platter. Telegraph Hill olives have been multiple award winners at the annual Royal Easter Show. Both the Burnt Orange and Fennel Olives and Lemon and Herb are made with Manzanillo olives. They are sun-ripened on the tree and hand graded to ensure quality. Brined with their stones in to retain maximum flavour, the olives are naturally fermented without additives or colourings.
