A range of cow and sheep milk cheeses created by Wairarapa cheesemakers Miles and Janet King. Their specialty is making cheese with ewe’s milk from their own flock of East Friesian sheep. With varieties named after places in the region and made from Wairarapa milk this is a truly local product.

Sunset Blue - buttery textured blue cheese with a hint of lime. Natural colouring making it a warm apricot with blue veins. 140g.
Tinui Blue - a delicate yet intense sheep’s milk blue, sweet and salty. 140g.
Mt Bruce Havarti - creamy sheep’s milk cheese with a delicate flavour and lemony bite. 140g.
Riversdale Pecorino - sheep’s milk cheese aged to a sharp, salty flavour. 140g.
Opaki Manchego - dry and salty Spanish-style sheep’s milk cheese. 140g.
