A vine-fruit rich traditional Christmas pudding made in Hawkes Bay by Kitchen Six. Steeped in brandy and stout, it is easily prepared by steaming, or can be heated in the microwave. The small 180g pudding provides 2-3 portions, the larger 440g 6-8 portions.
Ingredients: currants, sultanas, raisins, apple, citrus peel, brown sugar, butter, breadcrumbs, eggs, self raising flower, stout, orange juice, carrots, almonds, brandy, spices.
