Gourmet chocolate truffles handmade by Bohemein, Wellington’s makers of fresh chocolate. Flavoured with ruby chocolate and raspberry or salted hazelnut praline these confections are a delicious indugence. Made from chocolate and cream with natural flavours and colours, each 125g box contains around 18 mini truffles.
Salted Hazelnut Praline Truffles 70% dark chocolate with Hazelnut praline, beautifully balanced with demerara sugar and a pinch of sea salt. They are coated in 53% dark chocolate and rolled in freshly roasted New Zealand hazelnuts.
Raspberry Truffles are sweet and tart, fruity and creamy. Raspberry puree is carefully blended white chocolate ganache, coated in 53% dark chocolate and rolled in Ruby chocolate sprinkles.
