The Black Sheep - Sheep’s milk cheese coated with smoked paprika. A semi- hard cheese with light smoky flavour.
Red Planet - A Red Leicester-style cheddar cheese with firm but creamy texture, and a tangy flavour. The natural Annatto colouring comes from Achiote seed.
Goat Camembert - Lovely silky goat milk cheese with light to medium goat flavour.
OMG Triple Cream Brie - Soft, rich brie with extra cream added to provide a buttery texture.
Camembert - Mushroomy, smooth and delicate. Made in the Normandy style from cows milk, it has a creamy, voluptuous texture and earthy aroma.
